”Our Story

Layered Precision started with a simple problem: tools that wouldn't stay organized and ideas that had nowhere to go.

By day, our work lives in high-voltage substations — the kind of precision where a missed measurement isn't an option and every piece has to fit exactly right. That mindset didn't stay at the job site. It came home, into the garage, and turned into a fleet of 3D printers running late into the night.

What began as a way to solve real problems — a custom organizer for scattered dies, a holder for a hard hat that never had a home — turned into something bigger. Word got around. People started asking for trophies for their events, custom pieces for their trucks, one-of-a-kind gifts nobody else could find anywhere else.

That's really what Layered Precision is: we take an idea, no matter how specific or offbeat, and figure out how to build it. Sometimes that's solving a problem you didn't know had a solution. Sometimes it's turning a celebration into something you can hold in your hand for years.

Based in Chadds Ford, PA, and built one layer at a time — we're not a big shop, and we like it that way. Every piece is designed, printed, and finished right here, with the same care we'd put into our own garage.
